The 3rd party is probably on the side of the ERP System of the Co-Op.
The integration work is mostly done by service providers certified by the vendor of the ERP.
But I agree, it's just bad that we always have to put a factor on all type of forecasts and outlooks given by PIL.
Hope we hit the numbers for member onboarding forecasted this year and also hope they pick the ones needing the services the most and not those guys with financial services at hand already.
The picture from the company Christmas party posted here before shows they really think they truly achieved something in 2022. They might not check on the share price very often but those things are currently two different pair of shoes.
