There are two approved electronic payment clearing houses in the Philippines, Instapay and Pesonet. Bizmoto is registered with both.
This chart from Instapay shows there was a boom in electronic transactions when covid struck and that the pace of adoption has not slowed even as the pandemic has eased.
PIL is in the right place at the right time.
