Being in PIL for many years, I have seen bad news being rewarded with fall in SP and good news the same - one thing I could always rely on when it comes to PIL...However, could this increase in SP be specifically orchestrated (P&D) to have the options in play? Or at least get rid of them at some cost? I wish it would not be the case, but...
