I think that Neal Cross is more a technical adviser improving the user experience with the App and implementing financial
products into the UI.
It is difficult to assess his influence and as the technology is not rolled out to the masses yet, impossible to understand what he really contributed.
The Visa deal is important but was not hard to get as the two big players Visa and Mastercard aim to partner with any upcoming fintech firm to have more people using their cards.
As soon as the technology works and is save they are happy to partner I think.
