They sound really good on their website, spruiking about their white label mobile payments app and about having at least three Filipino financial institutions onboard: Mindanao Consolidated Cooperative Bank (MCCB), Dungganon Bank and JMH Microfinance.
Problem is, MCCB's app has been down for two weeks for a so-called upgrade and, since the launch in September 2021, they've achieved only 1000-5000 android downloads.
And neither Dungganon Bank nor JMH Microfinance mention an app on their website at all!!
So, are HSI Technologies as good as they say they are and is that about as good as the third party firm previously engaged by MASS-SPECC on the PinoyCoop app that PIL has supplanted?
MCCB definitely has a brick and mortar presence in Region 11, so, they could have been at that steering committee meeting. Therefore, is Bizmoto about to supplant HSI Technologies as MCCB's preferred service provider also? I reckon Bizmoto should be knocking on their door anyway.
