Thanks for putting that up.
Apart from the usual gimmicky add and music that we are used to now, I like how they talk it all through especially for potential new investors.
This comment in particular in regards to Mass Specc

most of the fees we generate are based on a per transaction basis, that is that every transaction across the platform either white label or direct, we earn a fee

So no worrying about loan defaults or missed payments or how many agents are signing up and relying on them to sell the brand, This is just straight out transaction fees when the Coop members use the service day on day and year on year. Can only see it getting bigger and bigger once it's in full swing. I liken it to a smaller version of BPay, how did that start off, slow until everyone was on board.

Of course being a modern fintech business they do still have to offer the loans and that etc, and hopefully with NC's AI coming in that will really reduce the defaults etc but Imo it's this day to day transaction stuff that I'm excited about.
