It's been impressive to watch the SP gradually climb. I have never witnessed PIL do this yet. It's odd, thrown me off. My last comment of expecting the usual pump and drop to sub 1c, it held well and has gradually climbed. I stand corrected and I'm happy to buy more at levels above this, if breakout happens. Something seems very different obviously! Still think I'll observe and wait. If paying higher prices. So be. Still cheap in the long run...
