The hope then would be that MASS SPECC becomes an exemplar for other co-ops.
The thing is readily scalable. All the regulatory requirements are in place.
PIL can easily provide white label apps to other co-ops ...and beyond MASS SPECC's membership, there are, I believe, ~7M co-op members in the Philippines.
Then introduce the possibilities and promise for small business owners of BizmoLoan ...
