The xpn quarterly announced (for the AppMod) divestment shows a revenue of $400k with costs of $600k. The stated $5m year revenue includes the bumper FY23 half. The most recent rolling half revenue looks to be near $700k.
Anyhow IMO that little existing xpn revenue will come as a distraction from a non-strategic sales channel/base. I’d rather they drop it in quicktime and move the smarts over in full.
