When I see MASS-SPECC offering motor bike loans, which Bizmoto was promoting not long ago, it makes me think that PIL is well embedded in the back office assisting Mindanao co-ops with the benefit of their experience to broaden their services.
It makes me think that all those "false" starts we had were not so false after all.
