Interest on loans made by MASS-SPECC will flow to MASS-SPECC. If PIL's AI capabilities are used to assess the loan applications then there should be a fee earned by PIL for each application regardless of whether it is approved or not.
A prerequisite for approval of a MASS-SPECC loan will probably be the borrower's registration as a user of the Pinoy Co-op App. All subsequent transactions connected to the loans, like monthly repayments ,will need to be processed through the app. Each of those transactions will earn PIL a 10c fee.
If PIL issues loans under the Bizmoloan brand then all of the interest margin will flow to PIL.
