TA tends to be self-fulfilling. Look at the chart now, and if 2.2c gets taken out convincingly after such a healthy period of consolidation, it'll draw in the technicians like bees to a honeypot.
And above 2.5c, as you say, the brakes really come off.
I'm not a technician's bootlace, but even I recognise PIL's as shaping to be a most handsome chart. Don't know who the Picassos are painting it, but you'd have to doff your beret to 'em.
