I suspect this could be the last roll of the dice for PIL
No point.discussing the management performance over the last 10 years . It's been pathetic .
Needless to say one would hope PIL have learned a lot ....with the right people and the right Tech .....the numbers could explode .
Only trouble is ....they are 7 years too late .
Most " unbanked " Phillipinos already have access to the likes of GCash and / many other apps .
Anyway let's see what happens
