Problem is G-Cash have the market share and are a household name as ubiquitous as Hoover for vacuums or Breville for toasted sandwich makers.
PIL have potential but have continually and dismally failed to penetrate the market.
BTW, what the hell ever happened to them teaming up to offer student loans to Filipinos moving to Oz to study/work in hospitality? Yet another failure never to be mentioned again, like all the mobile banking platform deals?
