Yes . PIL has been a total fizzer over the last 4-6 years .
No need for me to elaborate. But it's gotta come back to the directors.
Of course that doesn't mean that with a bit of focus etc they can't carve out a ligit and profitable business in time.
Harnessing AI to automate seamless take up.... (and servicing) of new clients looks like a good move.
Every other provider of like services will also be doing so as well.... so lets not forget that .
People talk about Neil Cross as if he is the lifeline for PIL ....and he probably has been the catalysts of much of the improvement over the last couple of years . Not sure if he's tied in with any incentives etc ....if not he should be.
If he drops out of the scene it will send a very negative message validating my opinions of the directors .
Meanwhile ..... PIl might make for some good trading as the shareprice gyrated between the forces of optimism & reality.
