can we please stop valuing PIL's license relative to transactions that were done when the discount rate was pretty much zero and valuation of all assets was at relative high.
Both those transactions that closed in 2021 and 2022 would not have nearly the same valuation today, even if you hold all else 'equal' and only adjust the discount rate - which is def not the case.
