PIL has suffered great frustration in getting it's program off the ground largely a result of slow progress of the partners in the Philippines. That now appears about to be resolved.

It is not simply casting another conspiracy theory to say the latest shenanigans are another, but more serious symptom of a cancer in the Company's shareholding structure. The managing director replying to the ASX query simply stated the facts of development progress. There was no indication at all of an impending major setback that would support the definition of the share massacre as a "correction". Quite the opposite.

Not much use a $2 shareholder asking the Directors not only to table the identity of the players but most importantly to clear it's slate of shareholders more concerned with disruption than sharing in future Company progress.

How can this be achieved?
