from the recent report, it was stated that they were invited to progress to stage 3. They had met the financial requirements, so the article may have meant at some point all 17 had been sent back for more information, but I feel that we would have progressed under the guidance of the application process itself.
hopefully what remains is only formality. It seems they are holding back the next part of their launch until all the ducks are lined up. Looking forward to future announcements.
