What have you seen before? A stock go down then go up? Of course its possible, but you know what Ive seen before too, Ive seen stocks go down to nothing, then a consolidation , holders diluted into oblivion , then administration.
Agree, the business numbers dont look to be a reason to invest, so its a gamble for sure. Dont know if I agree about easy move back to 1 cent, its been under 1 cent for most of 2023 and now months this year. Not a good time to be a small cap needing money.
