That is an interesting inclusion of 1COOPHEALTH in the commentary.
PIL developed their app almost three years ago and the Co-Op were seeming to do nothing with it. Downloads had been languishing at 100 for a long time but now things appear to be moving along with 500+ downloads which means somewhere between 500 and 1000.
1COOPHEALTH have 41000 members so there were, and still are, high hopes for this partnership. I suspect many of the members are unbanked and possibly without a phone.
The app does not appear to include mobile wallet function which is planned for phase 2.
