Sufi, It is easy to get lost in a maze of acronisms and Authorities when you are talking about PIL.
If, as you argue, the phase PIL is going through is a consolidation before PIL moves ahead as a profitable enterprise, it would be interesting to plot a simple table showing how movements like RTGS changes affect PILover what sort of time span. Are the changes simply generic affecting all players or how might PIL have an edge.
