    Well spotted @sufi

    RAFI have had over 100,000 downloads of their app. Those discussions will probably be about either:

    1) embedding the MASS-SPECC Pinoy Co-op app in the Rafi app

    OR

    2) RAFI going it alone, separate from MASS-SPECC, piggy backing the Bizmoto EMI licence, and aiming to be another virtual bank

    Either way would be great for PIL
