I admire your optimism. I use a momentum oscillator that has entered the same pattern that it maintained from May to October - not good news.
I am concerned that in the short term,a substantial short-fall in the uptake will spark a negative market reaction that could even negate any anticipated response to news of the issue of a licence, since this is now a foregone conclusion.
My reaction? A buy order at 0.11c.
