Don’t think it would’ve been the cause of the sudden drop, more so current macro economic conditions along with some holders getting out while the going is good.
As to whether it will be a good thing, only time will tell. But he seems as though he wants to fix the problems in the PHI, which will require government spending, which should be good for PIL.
