The simple answer is NO. Capital costs will be upwards of $12.5m. So far, well, up to June 2023, they spent $2.2m on construction costs. Now cinnebon has stated that they were buying a lot of second hand equipment but we have no idea what that means re total cash outlay. We will find out one day (I hope).
