    I wonder what will come first - revised DFS with detailed finance plan (due by end of month as per Bruce's comments in recent interview) or the EPA's publishing of VRX's response to public submissions? I also wonder which is likely to have a larger material effect on the SP given our current 10-11c dwindling..
