Shep1 has stated a couple of time about the epa just been over ran ( he is in the industry and in my option well informed).
just have a look what has been passed this year more roads and infrastructure than mining.
they are understaffed and had a brain drain over the years.
when this is the case I can’t see how they would waste time letting this get so far just to nock it on the head.
then you have management saying they have asked for no more information for the assessment.
that’s all my views.
