Reckon it'll come in back end of Feb. 6 weeks for report and possible 6 weeks on the ministers desk. lands us about that march april zone..... if we end up drawing a line through Feb, its a simply matter of Time+12 weeks as a rolling best case estimate.
word is they are waiting on the Federal dept to accept responses befor progressing, so its just more waiting for waitings sake and not so much any contentious issue that has arisen.
