Im still taking nibbles until the raise. Said I was going to wait. Figure even with a raise these prices will be surpassed once permits are granted.
However, the trend at the moment is down. The one dollar bid plus ever bigger sells into the buy side is putting pressure on the price. Should be some great buying ahead of the announcement on approval.
