I just wonder how the DCCEEW fits into this. Is it just a formality for the minister to approve the EPA recommendation, if that is what it is, or is this another maze of question and answers. Does anyone have any knowledge? My experience with the DCCEEW is that, in another project, their response has not been forthcoming for 12 months to dat, but that was for assessment, not approval.
