Arion, you asked about the silica sands storage and loading facilities at the port. Far from being complete, no work has actually started on the new facilities yet so it looks like 2025/26 before these are completed.

On top of that, Liontown picked up the only free shed in December though a deal with Qube:

There are some interesting pieces in the above announcement, like the fact the deal needed Ministerial Approval. That's probably another piece of bureaucracy Bruce will have to navigate through.

However, I don't believe this would be holding up the EPA though. It's the Port Authority, not VRX, that would hold the environmental approval to ship silica sand (which does not appear to have been granted yet?).
