An ~80% loss of capital for shareholders over the past 3 years, a current 9:1 sell:buy ratio in the queues, and illiquid days when the total trades amount to only a few thousand dollars, all point towards a stock that should be avoided, one marked by multiple red flags. It's simply a "rocks in the head" special, if you think you see an opportunity here, against a background where management have consistently failed to move the project forward.
