    Blister, are you planning on participating in this raise? I'm in two minds. It's such a small amount, but it feels like I'm rewarding the company for their pretty ordinary efforts over the past few years.. but conversely, I don't want further dilution when I feel like EPA outcome should be right around the corner and the payoff that we've all been waiting for should be "imminent" (to use a painfully familiar word). What are your thoughts?
