But to play devil's advocate here - how can anything concrete ever transpire with respect to off-takes, if they don't have environmental approvals?
I'm all for critiquing management for their performance as of late, but clearly we've been at the mercy of a ridiculously drawn out approvals process at the hands of the EPA and the DCCEEW.
