Yeah, agree he's been way too overly optimistic in his communications with respect to timing of everything.
To my mind, the Singapore trip was an attempt at boosting the SP pre-CR, much like the run up to 18c we had prior to the last raise at 12.5c, in order to make the terms of the raise more favourable, and to minimise overall dilution. Clearly it didn't work out so well this time.
But hopefully he accomplished something else during his time there than just this..
