    ahhhh concrete. Another good use for sand.

    Offtakes are extremely valuable, You know this.

    If AN was 150% over-subscribed with binding offtakes subject to EPA. There would be a much higher SP, much better CR and we'd probably be here complaining about both the Muchea and AN lack of progress with EPA, than just AN.
