Given that the delay is well and truly with the EPA, I've sent them an email to request a status update on the current stage.

I also asked whether they expect to meet the timelines agreed in the ESD for subsequent stages, given the blowout to date.

I may get a wishy-washy non-answer in return, but I feel it's one of the only productive things we as holders can do at the moment - i.e. request updates & put whatever small amount of pressure we can on the EPA to move this forwards.

I saw a few other holders reached out to the national body recently (the one with the long acronym), but has anyone else reached out to the EPA and got a response?
