    You jest, but perhaps as part of the CR the underwriter wanted Bruce gone, hence the lack of response. Maybe Bruce got his marching orders and we are in a short period of limbo while they announce his departure and replacement.

    Bruce's wife or best friend dumping a few parcels before the news breaks.
