It has been made clear enough that the granting of mining leases cleared the path for completing sales contracts.
VRX is simply just going through the process of selecting the best partners and finalising terms with them.
And if one of them is a Tier 1 Company as has been suggested, then it will be a lengthy and very beneficial contract for both parties.
They get to lock in long term security of supplies, and VRX gets to lock in long term cash flow and profitability.
That will be the aim, and of sufficient tonnage to kick start the process of funding the plant.
