i don't think he does. as was pointed out by another poster, even green feild explorers with a handful of drill results can sit anywhere between 10-50million MC, largely driven by sentiment and speculation....for VRX if we use the very rough estimator NPV/SOI to figure out where we are heading in terms of a valuation we get...$1.43. or an MC of 710 million at full tilt. then it becomes a question of how much you weight the risk of not having off-takes or enviro's yet.... lets say that that those two things are the whole ball game and deduct 60% you still end up at 284MC..... or double our current SP.

then you have to factor in market sentiment (i.e if paying a dividend how much are people prepared to bay to get the yeild). Then worth noting the NPV is on the conservative numbers of the DFS and only considers the single plant at each site.
