I also feel like the federal enviros are almost bound to follow the final outcome provided by the state enviros, given the fact that the project has been assigned an "accredited assessment" status. So in a couple of weeks' time when the minister publishes his response to the Appeals Convenor's report and associated final approval, the federal enviros will be obligated to sign off accordingly.
