In the future it does seem like the commonwealth want to take powers from the state and make a federal epa but I doubt that will happen in the next few weeks. I also dont think the minster will be influenced to say no by the potential future idea of rules and regulation changes at a commonwealth level.

My opinion is we have a shit ton of future problems to address but getting approval from the minster in the next two or so weeks isn’t one of them.
