    Construction was forecast to commence in 2021?

    4 years later and BKT re-writes their narrative to say first production of module 1 is now 2027, 6 years behind their original schedule.

    Jeez and we thought VRX management was bad. Imagine the previous and future shareholder dilution and delays for BKT with a current MC of 40MM.
