So dividends really quickly huh? Sorry but your post is ignorant of how dividends actually work. What is surprising but not unexpected is the quantity of likes you have on your post. All wanting to hear the good news story and ignoring the facts - pure lack of reality.

Have you actually looked at the latest (allbeit old) BFS? That document shows things like expected profit in $. What it doesn't show is the correct cash outlay for capex. You do realise that dividends are paid out of cash rather than paper profit right? The two items can be poles apart.

Just a simple piece of rough accounting for you - dividends are calculated from Net profit after interest and tax and are usualy between 40 and 60% of that number BUT ONLY IF THERE IS ENOUGH CASH TO PAY THE DIVIDEND.
In VRX's case, I suspect that cash will be in short supply for some years as the business is capex dominated and cash will be needed for opex, loan repayments and new capex for Muchea and A central. Dividends are literally light years away.

Now for those that hate hearing the truth and before you start "having a go at my post" just do some maths for A Nth (on the basis of the minister giving the green light) on expected income for the next say 3-5 years, apply a very generous 15% EBIT figure, then deduct interest and tax, capex at 20% of requirements and loan repayments at 80% of capex. That number would be the cash balance available for dividends. You will then need to allow for the bank account to hold a fair bit of cash for operations etc (ideally, 6-12 months of opex or 100% of short term debt) as you can't pay everything out.
Then duplicate that effort for Muchea and A Central over the next 9-15 years.
Then tell me what your dividend payment will be.
