If a takeover occurs, current management would no longer be involved.
So that would be irrelevant .
Regarding the price
I don’t know right now what price I would accept for my holdings
We would all have to wait and see how it unfolded
But I do believe the resource as such is worth a premium price.
The current directors and top 20 holders do have a significant shareholding and to prize their shares from them would require something better than the figures you are suggesting
