Probably means an adjustment to Environmental Management Plans (EMP) to allow for the enhanced Dieback management and monitoring. EPA will need to approve the EMPs. Federal Government will want to see that the EMP's adequately cover the issue before Fed signoff.
Otherwise we have no reason to not get an announcement today plus some details as to timing about completion of EMPs.
We should reasonably expect a little kick along on the SP. But of course there is a history here that may impact a little on SP progress.
