    Right now a positive spin from cinnebon would do wonders. Surely he can add words around offtakes and funding etc without being specific. Not as if he hasn't done that before.
    Tbis is the time now to spend a few dollars marketing the business. A few years late but....
    Needs to create positive euphoria around silica sand.
