    arion we are nowhere in the clear

    we still don’t have the decision so far as I can tell

    we still have minimal cash

    we still have no off takes

    we still need all the capex

    we still have no timeline or pathway to these things

    yes - it was a good week and the price movement shows it - but we are essentially in the same spot we were months ago

    does this qualify as down ramping? Or just an honest assessment
