I have been trying to reconcile BM's comment that there would be 3 or 4 offtake agreements before Xmas and then ... nothing. There are any number of speculations that have been outlined here, so here is another one. Pure speculation... if I was a potential offtake partner and was contributing a significant amount of $$$ to the screening plant(s) then I would want some compensation and that would be shares in VRX before any announcement, assuming I had to buy on market. That might take a while...
