I have posted something along the line of what I’m about to post before.
but it’s worth repeating
Some years ago now Bruce Maleuish did a presentation in Melbourne.
This was back when the shares were somewhere around 5 cents.
I got the opportunity to have a quiet one on one talk with him and expressed my concern at what I saw time and time again when penny stocks kept issued shares to raise capital in massive numbers to raise very little money.
Ultimately these companies has huge numbers of shares on issue and never
any chance of making a meaningful earnings per share for its shareholders.
He agreed with me very strongly that this was also his concern and not the way he
intended to run Ventnor as it was then called.
He has been true to his word all the way through.
Not issued too many shares and been very careful with the money he did have.
He is always working for the vrx shareholders ( of which he is one)

This is a long way of saying
I don’t think Bruce would entertain giving away anything to a potential off taken partner at the moment
He would want the
off take announcement out
to reflect in the share price before offering them anything
Secondly
By giving an off take partner shares,
they as part owners could object to one of their competitors also getting sand, reducing our ability to do deals.
Again, not in the interest of shareholders.
